Operations and Team Management.

After graduating from Bradford Business School in Pittsburgh, Marianne moved back to Cincinnati and began her career working in the accounting department of a local hospital.  Initially working for the department manager and the controller, her responsibilities grew as the hospital organization expanded.  As Assistant to the Vice President of Finance for the Franciscan Health System of Cincinnati, Marianne was responsible for the day-to-day management of the CFO’s schedule and coordinated many projects working with a variety of departments throughout the hospital system.  She also served as Assistant Secretary to 11 different hospital corporations with responsibilities that included helping to set the agendas, organizing meetings, and recording minutes.

Marianne joined AMMC in April, 1995, to manage our inside operations.  She has worked tirelessly since then to encourage and enable our inside staff to promote with both our customers and our vendors the same core values that our outside sales force exhibits.  Marianne is responsible for our Customer Service, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Payroll, Marketing and Advertising departments.
