After graduating from college, Cindy started her career at Federal Express. She worked there for 10 years as a Senior Customer Service Agent. While there, she worked with customers to solve problems with package delivery, managed scheduling for 21 employees, and managed the needs of the Business Service Center. She decided to leave Federal Express to raise her children until they started school. She began working at AMMC in 2000 initially working part-time (while her children were in school). She now manages the accounting and administrative needs of the business and supplements customer service as needed. Duties primarily include managing payables and receivables, AR aging collections, reconciliation of bank accounts, travel arrangements, literature requests and working with service providers.
