During her ten-year career with AT&T, Amy moved from an entry level clerical position to Associate Manager. Her position took her to New Jersey working with a team to consolidate call centers throughout the country, and on to one location in Orlando where she continued her position as Call Center Manager. Amy’s desire to live back in her hometown to raise her family brought her back to Kentucky. Once settled, she went on to start her own drapery workroom which she ran for six years while her three children were young. After closing her business, Amy worked in the Human Resource field for Convergys Corporation and Adecco Group in positions with responsibilities that included recruiting, client services, finance and customer service. Before joining AMMC, Amy worked as a Customer Relations Specialist for Signature Hardware.
